Please note the feedback is regarding the return policy for UK customers will suggest you don t bother ordering because if the item is sent from the US via DHL and you need to return the item you will have to cover the DHL cost which can buy one cross rope This tactic is underhanded by the company Why would I pay a return cost which is equivalent to the price of one Jump rope Please beware if you re ordering from UK

I bought the lean and strong bundle from cross rope just after an email went out that said they now delivered to the UK I had wanted the ropes for a while and had saved up so when it said the delivery was 60 I assumed this might be an issue from Brexit and paid it However about 4-5 days later the delivery charge reduced to 7 for UK customers rather than 60 I emailed them to get a refund on postage as I had not chosen to pay 60 it was the only option at the time They refused to refund me despite the fact they admitted it had been a marketing error and sent me 7 instead - so I lost out about 35 on postage because they didn t get their website sorted out for delivery before the marketing email went out Really frustrating and despite escalation didn t receive anything further Has really made me think twice about this company considering you re already spending a lot for the ropes themselves it felt like a small ask to correct their mistake The cross rope customer services were helpful and they aren t the reason I have given it 1 star

I ordered the Crossrope after seeing
I ordered the Crossrope after seeing their product profiled on skiprope channel on YouTube Did try the Ropes for a couple of days but thought the heavy ropes were just too heavy Send them back via the correct return procedure They have failed to acknowledge my emails asking fir the refund So am now 200 out of pocket and no ropes Please don t order from this company

You have to pay import taxes to return outside the UK and Crossrope doesn t give a f k
I bought the heavy set from their website which was delivered to the UK with no issues I realized the ropes were too big and heavy and wanted them returned Crossrope created the shipping label for the Republic of Ireland - I paid for delivery services from the UK to Ireland and I had to pay the import taxes as well I got notification from the courier that they arrived at the desitnation but Crossrope Global E office doesn t accept the package The courier tried to reach out to them having no explanation why they refuse the package or whether they refused to pay other additional taxes that are required for goods imported from the UK Crossrope why do you ask customers to return your items outside the UK knowing they have to pay additional taxes Also why don t you have a proper return office so you will actually receive the items You basically stole money from me almost 200 the price of the ropes more than half of that same price for delivery and taxes and now I don t have either because I don t know if I will get those ropes back again I wouldn t recommend anyone buying crossropes if you live in the UK unless you re sure you won t return them

I ordered Express delivery 2-4 days They sent Standard through DHL 6-10 days So DHL reached out to me with their estimated delivery time or 6 days - too late for me as I will already be out of the country I wrote to them 2 days ago no answer so far Makes me wondering whether they are all on holidays skipping ropes 24 7 not capable to deliver on what was agreed or they ignore support requests

AMP Handles
AMP HandlesOrdered AMP Handles in order to let them count my jumps via the app so I could concentrate on the jumps only I knew the app but didn t use is as I just do free jumping not one of their excercises For me it didn t become clear that you MUST have a very expensive membership to use the AMP handles at all The handles do not work without the membership As I want the handles to count the jumps only they are useless for me Return was no problem Unfortunately the return is possible on your own expense only which means I have to write off 20 of the original costs Nowadays this kind of policy is out of date I have ropes from them and they are fine but as soon as they have to be replaced I will go with another supplier who is more customer friendly

Don t buy their AMP handles Bluetooth ones - it s completely a SCAM You have to pay a yearly subscription for their app which costs the same as the handles themselves and you cannot return these handles Also their app doesn t work if you don t want to share your location it s just a SCAM that stole your private data You still can buy regular ones but do you want to with that approach to their clients It s up to you
