Best product out there

I have tried most of the products out there and this is the best for advanced calculations I have been using it for three years now I have tens of thousands transactions across different exchanges and different blockchains and Crypto Tax Calculator does it best The topic itself is really complicated and there is is often issues or things that changes but the support team of this app is extremely helpful responsive and active Definitely recommended

Support from staff excellent

The support from the staff at crypto tax calculator has been excellent i got stuck a couple times and reached out for there help and they replied quickly The replies i got both times were clear and to the point which helped me resolve my issues quicky Doing your tax can be a bit daunting but its nice know you have help just a msg away

Probably the best platform on the

Probably the best platform on the market right now Still need some work - especially in perp derivatives calculations but at least you are able to manually do this It s not just a calculator it s a great tool with many options and very flexible Makes your tax return much easier I am sure the team will continue working on their product and this will become a complete game changer in tax return industry Also Ben has been very helpful and quick in his responses so shout out to Ben

I have been using CTC for the past 2 years I have never had any concerns connecting my portfolio through was effortless and seamless I upgraded my Package this year and had second thoughts on what I actually required Maria god bless her from support quickly refund me without the usual pressure tactics I will continue using CTC and I will mention them everytime crypto and tax are used in conversation

Customer service were quick and helpful even though they seemed to be based outside of Australia They actioned my request of receiving a refund for using a specific crypto exchange I provided one response to confirm the promotion and they sorted the rest So easy to work with and made my life way either for tax time Would highly recommend

Had a few issues with generating an end

Had a few issues with generating an end of year tax report I contacted the customer support team and Vivi sorted out the situation for me took a while as the issue was with pervious returned payments and the system not updating but Vivi guided me through the process and was clear with where we were at during each stage overall satisfied with the final outcome

Crypto Tax Calculator CTC is an advanced tool for a difficult job If you are knowledgeable enough about your cryptocurrency trading history CTC is an excellent time saving weapon The tax loss harvesting and the prompts to resolve issues in your records to save on taxes are fantastic and I love that you can work at this progressively if you have a lot of issues in your trading history data feeds Each change updates your transaction list without having to press save or reload the page What s more being a subscription model you can reach out to the team for help and training on how to get that simple EOFY report that you need to get this headache over and done with Very much appreciated the contact with the team very helpful and knowledgeable At the time of writing the price blows away the competition for the value you get Thank you 5 stars

Great support made the difference

The CTC system is good and as time goes on it has improved a lot I had particular problems with various DEFI feeds and especially several DAOs which had parts or sometimes entire transactions that weren t present The support I had from Ben went above and beyond what could be expected and enabled an outcome that more accurately reflected the real results on my various exchanges Really couldn t have achieved it without him going the extra mile to help unpick the partial picture I had The only criticism is that they need more people like Ben
