I was having some major issues with finding a platform that had as much integration as this website has and I am very happy I found it and was able to finally get through my taxes I was having some issues with this website with some exchanges not importing correctly of which was taking a long time however one of the staff members Vivi provided me with the greatest customer service experience I had ever had She resolved my issues and helped me get through everything super fast I am now going to be using this software for as long as I invest in the crypto market Doesn t get better then this if you utilize a lot of different exchanges and wallets Thank you CTC

Never expected that they could make my life so easy Theyre making crypto tax filing so easy Just add the API and download the form to submit to the tax office Nothing more The customer service is also great I am very happy with them

It is the 1st time that I m using a crypto tax software I was bouncing between different household names like Coinledger Koinly and others Cryptoland is going fast ahead and the possibilities of transactions are huge Most softwares are outdated they provide support for a very small number of transactions and when you hit above the 10ks it becomes already very expensive and sometimes you have to buy bulks of transactions txs If you only HODL probably most of them are sufficient but that was ages ago If you have a bot that can easily add if you leave it to run an entire year 5k txs Also others are giving you access only for the current year report But sometimes you might want some past years and then they ask you to pay separately CTC covers you for all years and at this stage till 100k txs But soon 1milion txs should be available Hopefully will not cost an arm and a leg Now myself I didn t even know how many txs I have in total but slowly importing with APIs for each of my exchanges I got to around 22k Binance it is the easiest to import but others like Kucoin are a real pain and then the show begins uncategorized transactions missing ones missing prices API not working for past 1 year and then hundreds of issues to resolve And the problem is not on the CTC side as they were trying to fix it almost in real time but on the different settings limitations of the exchanges I was overwhelmed with all these 22k microtransactions from my bots and I felt hopeless But Vivi which is like Santa s little helper with awesome customer skills jumped to rescue Step by step she helped me across several days to fix all those pesky issues She diligently guided me with patience through all the hoops and loops I m very grateful for her support as I started to see the light at the end of the tunnel I wish her and her team all the best and to keep up the good work Cheers

I have alot of different tokens on many different blockchains CTC had integrations for all but two and I was able to add those manually So now all my coins are tracked in one place making portfolio management much easier I had questions about some transactions and support was responsive and solved my issues Its up to the user to categorize many of the imported blockchain transactions to have an accurate record for tax purposes It s not perfect but with some time and effort on my part tracking staking rewards rewards from liquidity pools swaps and trades are 10 times easier than how I was doing it Living in the US tax reporting is a big issue for me I ve had this product for about a month so far and believe it will be a huge help with filing this year s taxes I feel it is well worth the money I paid for it If you do a moderate amount of trading I highly recommend using some type of tracking software for tax reporting
