The offers are great however some of the consultants are difficult to understand even though they are trying to be helpful Nick did his best and managed to help in the end

Everything seemed fine apart from the call received wasting my time to inform me about the flight etc An email is enough no need to call and ask unnecessary questions

Communication was very good and process was straight forward I knocked stars off because after processing the booking the payment was cancelled and i was asked for an extra 120 to complete

Bad customer care

Didn t help with an enquiry re Vietnamese Airlines business class passages we bought through Crystal Simply told me to phone the airline myself Not very happy

The good side is that the guy i spoke

The good side is that the guy i spoke to on the phone was helpful and patient the flight is now booked and so far everything seems straightforward The not so good is originally the flight cost 70 less i did it online and sent my credit card details to pay this was immediately declined i then receive a phone call from Crystal Travel saying they couldn t do it at that price because sold out but could do a upgrade upgrade of what i don t know for 70 more on the same flight Was the original price genuine as declined immediately Is it a tactic to get you on the phone and offer a higher price than quoted if so it worked because i booked with them

Booking through Crystal Travel was nice

Booking through Crystal Travel was nice and easy However i didn t appreciate a call at 9 10pm to run through the details of my trip and it would be nice if the emails were addressed to the correct person

The price you get online is not the price you get when calling them Sorry now I did not go direct with airline who is around 300 cheaper Phoned them today when I saw the same flight on their website 500 hundred cheaper than I paid yesterday when I told the guy I had booked this same flight with them yesterday he said the flights go up and down each day Not so sure that is the case Should have done my homework but please don t go with their online advertised price you won t get it It s just a pull-in With regards to your reply when I look on your site today which is now 2 days on and the price is 2781and I paid over 3100 How long does the delay last for surly it would have updated by now

5 Star customer service rep However their system needs improving as after initially booking and attempting payment I was informed that no seats were available I was contacted via telephone and completed my booking with a customer service rep He s a 5-star Very helpful

Mixed experience - need to sort out website info pages

Just before the actual booking Crystal Travel website screen was showing that I had 1 checked-in 23kg luggage on each flight Right after pressing the last button to complete the transaction I got website screen confirm and email confirmation that I only had hand luggage on each flight Luckily I took screenshots just in case before the booking for evidence After sending email to Carlos who sent me the actual tickets and who didn t respond to my request for clarification I had to call customer service who apologised and confirmed each flight leg had checked-in luggage Big thank you to Arbaz and Chaoti but that shouldn t have happened I spent 25minutes extra on the phone to sort this confusion out no gesture of goodwill offered and for this I shaved 2 stars off from what would be a perfect score Fair I think

Another case of bait and switch

Another case of bait and switch The price for the Virgin Economy Light shown via Kayak was switched to the next one up when we went to the Crystal website - in total this would have been a difference of an extra 110 for two travelling We booked directly with Virgin Atlantic instead and paid 25 extra in total but still got the economy light fare
