I was trying to book travel to the USA for work - the prices I found on Crystal Travel through Kayak com were the best by a long way However when I went through the booking process I got an error message with a number to call When I called I was connected to Abix possibly the most helpful customer service agent I ve ever had the benefit of working with He explained why my booking had failed and went ahead to see if he could find a way to make the booking happen at the same price point As a new customer he was able to do this for me thanks to a new customer discount code And we went ahead and made the booking He followed up with me on email to check that everything was OK and I had some follow up questions I have frequent flyer status but with the booking code on the website I was not able to access the booking to change my seats etc Abix worked hard to re-send the various airline codes I needed to be able to access the booking I was very grateful for the help and support

An agent named Garry Williams answered my call with crystal travel He s very helpful and answered politely all my queries for my flight to Manila He gave me a good offer for flights and a good time slot

Phone answered promptly Quite rare these days I was passed to Ricardo Miller who answered my queries in a friendly efficient way Its nice in this day and age to talk to a real person rather than pushing buttons to never speak to a real person Well done to Crystal also for providing such service
