Site is wonky as hellWhat I think is happening is KAYAK is caching some old prices customers come though instead of the website being like NOPE here s the new price it lets you try and book Only during payment stage the availability of the tickets are actually checked and crashes out if unavailable Customer support offered to rebook at a higher price fair enough - it happens except that their own home page was cheaper than what they quoted So I did exactly that and it all went though booking a second time Next problem was the conformation email was saying hand luggage only Quick check with customer support I do indeed have the hold baggage I paid for and BA also confirmed this Defiantly have screenshots as you purchase luckily I did Overall happy but was a stressful hour They do seem to be trying despite their software issues
