Crystal Travel really do go above and beyond in trying to get the best possible flights despite Airlines continually cancelling Oscar Lopez have been so helpful and patient and has found to the best of his ability in resolving all the cancellations and rescheduled our flights Thank you

Thanks Shally Kirk for an excellent service My only suggestion is Crystal Travel should print a global email address such as Sales or make it clear that email addresses for past Employees do get actioned This is because I first booked the tickets 9 months ago what would happen if I hit Reply to one of those emails and the person no longer works at Crystal Travel
