Crystal Windows are a class company From the initial survey with Michael the Surveyor Sam and the fitters Tom and Craig the whole installation turnaround was 11 days The professionalism was unbelievable all so friendly polite and the fitters even tidied up after themselves The window and doors are amazing We will be back when ready for our front windows A million thank yous

Turned up on time started work straight away very polite and respectful of the property explained exactly what they was going to do asked my opinion on what I wanted They cleaned up very well at the end of each day I got the impression they were very professional

Great Company

I have recently used Crystal windows for a new front door in January this year and 4 new windows in September last year I can t fault them at all amazing staff who talk you through the process loads of designs to choose from in both windows and doors Their doors are solid wood not foam filled like some cheaper doors Would highly recommend Crystal Windows Doors Elliott

I had new windows and doors installed

I had new windows and doors installed in March 2023 and by June 2023 we noticed that the French door kept jamming I spent six months contacting Safe Style where I purchase and had the door installed by to fix the door and on two occasions the engineers where unable to third visit in December 2023 no one showed up I constantly called Safe Style to make my door safe I have no response to emails or calls I was informed in January 2024 Safe Style has gone into administration and I was referred to Crystal Windows who immediately sent an engineer that week the issue was resolved within 2 weeks I had regular calls from Crystal Windows Absolutely fantastic customer service and excellent service all round provided by Crystal Windows I just wish everyone company operated like Crystal Windows Thank you for making my door my home safe Appreciate the regular communication and acting so quickly to resolve the door issue

Excellent service product

From start to finish the service product from Crystal was how we d like all transactions to be first class The work carried out by fitter Mark was superb leaving no sign of removing the old units fitting the new We are very pleased with the end result will have no hesitation in recommending or using Crystal again

Crystal Windows have been absolutely brilliant rectifying the numerous issues left over from my initial Safestyle installation since gone bust They sent Jordan who was a really nice guy he explained exactly what he was going to do and left having done a meticulous neat and tidy job No complaints whatsoever and would happily recommend
