Cubitts was recommended to me by a friend- we indulge in this new wave of opticals which offer more unique frames I was impressed with their home try on and the quality of their frames I was also very impressed with the quality of lenses and the fit My only feedback for improvements would be 1 The website can be made more intuitive- whereby upon pressing back on basket page- all items automatically get removed from it 2 Additionally the stock from home trial- should have a searchable filter on it- so on some occasions I liked a frame but upon selecting it- this wasn t available for home trial Just some feedback for the Cubitts team Other than that- I think they ve found me in a regular buyer of their products On to the next frame

Great service in store and glasses are great quality but a long wait to get them
Great service in store and the glasses are great quality I did have to wait nearly 2 weeks for the glasses and no update was provided in this time However the glasses were worth the wait

Fab company and very thorough If you wear glasses all day everyday like me this is the place for you I would have given 5 stars but UPS delivery let them down not the fault of Cubitts just a very lazy driver

Great shop amazing designs could do better on where they manufacture
Really happy with the personable service it seemed genuine and not pushy I bought Flaxman glasses and they are clearly well made and very well designed definitely are a great company My one critiscism is the fact its been really hard to find out where the off the shelf glasses are manufactured It d be nice to see Cubbits follow suit of other boutique chains in London and manufacture in Europe instead of obviously hiding the fact they manufacture in the Far East It d also be nice if they were clearer on enviromental efforts Saying this they do offer a bespoke service making glasses in King s Cross They do seems to be one of the best choices for glasses in London

I made a mistake with my prescription and the Cubbitts Customer Service Team could not have been nicer and more helpful in sorting it out I had new lenses fitted straight away without an addition charge I love wearing them Thank you

Great company but quality has slipped
I have shopped with Cubitts since 2013 and until recently couldn t rate highly enough They have great designs at affordable prices I have sent a number of people their way over the years I wish I could give them 5 stars however I feel that the quality has slipped over the years The last pair I had from them had to be replaced 3 times within a month as the frame repeatedly failed in the same spot And now both my partner and I have had issues with scratched lenses within only a few weeks of buying new frames I have worn glasses for 28 years and never had this problem W
