I had a wonderful experience until I went to your Covent Garden Branch and was treated dismissively by your manager there My whole good feeling that I had for Cubitts is tainted by her behaviour I m unlikely to give them my custom again unfortunately

Terrible customer communication

Terrible customer communication - I sent 6 emails asking where my glasses were as they had not arrived without reply While on phone I was offered a full refund but then only received 20 refund The glasses arrived misshapen and the person on the phone seemed to have little to no knowledge of how to fix the problem Cubitts has gone severely down hill Would not recommend would tell others to go elsewhere

They store your data against your will

The company is not reliable when it comes to using and storing data If you want to withdraw the consent of them using your personal data as per article 7 GDPR agreement they would simply ignore it and still contact you against your will And this is illegal So think twice before going to their website and setting up an account

Unhappy

I attended a spectacle making course run by Cubitts The training event was well organised and interesting but has been let down by the spectacle frames that I made and due to be finished by Cubitts seemingly having gone missing - given that it has been over a month since I completed the course and I m yet to receive them I called emailed Cubitts several times but kept getting cliche excuses not dissimilar to old corker the cheque is in the post

Covent Garden

Not impressed regarding my experience- went into the Covent Garden store today browsed for about 10-15 minutes I was one of two customers in the store hoping someone would approach me and guide me with styles instead the 2 girls and 1 guy were busy chatting and giggling to themselves Oh well I ll buy the sunglasses online instead maybe

Be warned

Be warned their very expensive bespoke service has limitations which they are not up front about They suggest through their marketing that they are capable of making entirely bespoke glasses however their machine will only make up to a maximum width of 160mm If like myself you are 6ft5 with a proportionately large head you re still going to struggle with the fit

This company have no understanding of customer service - utterly appalling

Many hundreds of pound spent on prescription sunglasses o the 1 8 Promised for 15 8 Several promises later several promised emails that never transpired later several attempts to contact customer services later and today a trip into Soho to collect the said sunglass s so a wait of 29 days and a great deal of hassle results in totally the wrong order Fuming I ve been offered the derisory sun if 125 as compensation That does not compensate for a ruined holiday as not sunglasses There are many more company s out there I will give my money to one that actually cares about its customers Disgusted

Poor onsite customer service

This comment is about the customer service at the King s Cross Coal Drops Yards store rather than about any of the products I m a big fan of Cubitts and own three pairs of eye glasses I was disappointed with the customer service at the Coal Drops Yard location recently I went in looking to purchase a pair of sunglasses and found myself ignored by the staff who instead of helping customers were more interested in chatting to each other I ended up leaving to look elsewhere

Poorest lenses quality I ever experienced

In my entire life I have never experienced such a poor quality of lenses Even though they say they provide scratch resistant coating the lenses got so much scratched after 6 months like plastic In 40 years using glasses this is the first time I have to throw away my glasses after not even a year since I bought them for 250 Go somewhere else and avoid a complete waste of money Got 1 star only because it s not possible to give less

The worst customer service I have ever

The worst customer service I have ever experienced Ordered my glasses on 10th December in the store and I was told 10 days for the delivery time I have been waiting in for the delivery and been told the courier will come one day to the next and then nothing I still have not received my glasses I cannot believe the lack of customer service and inconvenience this has caused
