I can t fault the in store
I can t fault the in store staff service but unfortunately the Head Office Customer Service Repair Centre really lets the business down I used Cubitts for the first time around 12 months ago having been recommended to do so by a work colleague The in store team on Jermyn St were faultless and I have since recommended numerous colleagues and family members Unfortunately my recent experience with the wider business has left me feeling a little frustrated to say the least Around 2 weeks ago my glasses just fell apart which fortunately is covered under the warranty as it seems to be a manufacture fault I called Cubitts and sent photos as requested and within minutes I had a return label and arranged for glasses to be collected by the Royal Mail - all very easy and straightforward The glasses were delivered on the following Monday as per the RM tracking having posted them on Friday I called the following Friday to ask if they had been received as the Cubitts order tracker online was unclear and I had been told to expect an email upon arrival The lady who answered the phone said they had not been received and suggested I checked the tracking again despite my assurances it stated delivered After a little encouragement she went to the repair lab and subsequently found they had been received but hadn t been worked on yet Nearly 10 days later I am still without an update my glasses nor any timeframes on when I will receive them All promises of an email with an update haven t materialised and in truth I am now pretty disappointed UPDATE 26 10 23 Sam in Customer Service has been very helpful in resolving the issues It s always a little annoying when it takes a review for things to get sorted but all is well that ends well and I now have my repaired glasses back
