Superb service

If only all Companies offered just a quarter of the service levels that Cubitts do the retail experience would be delightful Nothing is ever too much trouble from frame and lens selection to spectacles service or just a simple pop in to tighten screws An incredible and amazing brand with incredibly helpful knowledgeable staff Absolutely first class

I recently attended the Spitalfields store for an eye test and to purchase some new frames The shop floor staff were amazing They took their time showing me the various frames and advising which suit me better I was spoilt for choice and the frames I finally settled on are just perfect and I ve received alot of compliments Highly recommend

Outstanding

This is my second purchase from cubitts both purchases of prescription glasses online Whole process of ordering is simple and straightforward Fantastic quality glasses at a great price But above all their customer service is absolutely outstanding I broke my previous glasses just before going on holiday and they pulled out all the stops to get them delivered well ahead of time Email correspondence spot on I won t buy from anywhere else

A very positive experience from start to finish Great range to choose from my glasses look very stylish great quality and fit perfectly The team kept me up to date with the process and the date they would be delivered When they arrived they were beautifully presented I would highly recommend I am now looking forward to buying another pair

Fantastic choice of specs at affordable prices

Fantastic choice and colours of glasses for prescription lenses I ordered my frames in green and the process was straight forward and very easy to follow I didn t wait long for my new specs and when they arrived I was not disappointed and they came with a really nice case and lense cleaner I would highly recommend Cubitts if you looking for something colourful and good value

Excellent value very stylish and great service

Really engaged personal service from staff who know their products well and give focussed advice The first lenses were not quite right - my fault for the wrong choice of lenses - and they were really helpful getting it sorted out The new ones are perfect On both of my visits I was the oldest person in the place - by several decades - and was very happy that the service I got was as attentive and effective as that given to their more usual clientele

Amazing service

Amazing service I ordered online and got a message a couple of weeks later to say that the super thin glass I had added as an extra was not necessary with my prescription This saved me 50 and I thought it was very ethical When the glasses came I realised that I had ordered the medium frame instead of the large Entirely my fault Cubitts replaced them with the larger frame free of charge I am really impressed with the service and the product

An all round great experience

Had a great experience in store trying and buying a new pair of glasses Quick and smooth process and was able to try on any pair I wanted to Friendly and attentive staff in store without being pushy I also experienced really great aftercare via email where I had a minor query about my order answered and dealt with swiftly with no issues whatsoever All round great experience from Cubitt

Excellent service

I messaged them on Instagram looking for a 2 year old pair of sunglasses and they came up huge The customer service person Bruna responded to me and spent the next few days checking stock numbers and helping me plan exactly which sunglasses I wanted I m waiting for another pair to come back in stock and then I m going to order my prescription glasses from them Thank you Bruna for your stellar service and I look forward to ordering from you again

Cannot recommend them enough

From start to finish my Experience with Cubitts has been amazing Got a prescription from another optician and used it to order a pair of Cubitts online Unfortunately the prescription turned out to be wrong Took the frames to the Leeds store where despite the error not being theirs they gave me another free eye test corrected the prescription and replaced the lenses all within a week All for free Went above and beyond in my opinion which is a rare experience from brands these days Cannot recommend them enough
