My experience has been nothing but positive I ordered the Ozzy Shearling Bag It arrived in the time frame expected Very nicely packaged Excellent quality Love the bag Unfortunately the bag had an issue where the piece that holds the one side of the handle would not stay on I reached out to Culbia via email They responded quickly I sent photos of the issue and they are sending me a new bag Customer Service is excellent I would order from them again
