Had a Bose 300 soundbar bought last year in Dunfermline branch which didn t update and didn t work I had the same problem last year and had to wait over a month h on it coming back from Bose This time the service I got was really good from Charlie and a young lady whose name I didn t get They tried so hard to get it working and in the end the young lady showed me how to get the product to reset but said their Wi fi wasn t doing it but showed me what to do when I got home to my Wifi It worked when I got home so I don t need to go back tomorrow and send it away Thank you to Charlie and the young lady at the Dunfermline branch They really tried to get it working and saved me from being without it for around a month

Purchased a TV from the Curry s in Dundalk Had an issue with the TV brought it back the next day The team there could not be more helpful First Joseph explained everything to me and helped me choose the right TV for me which I have been using for the last few days and its perfect He was so knowledgeable and very patient with me explaining everything Then Liam helped me through my exchange and he was understanding and efficient and then helped me take the new TV to my car Both men are excellent at their jobs I can tell that they were trained very well While there I watched the rest of the team deal with and help other customers in a very kind and professional way My experience here was excellent and I will go here for all of my electrical needs in the future
