should be an option for zero stars I am absolutely disgusted with this companies lack of compassion i was left at a hospital late at night with nothing to eat because the delivery person left it took longer than 6 minutes to get from the hospital room to the door as my daughter started vomiting just before the delivery arrived when i got downstairs they were gone no attempt to leave at the front desk I could not contact the driver because of the poor reception in the hospital the only messages I got were the driver arriving and one saying he had left I had to stand outside in the cold in order to contact Deliveroo chat when i told them what had happened they refused to send the driver back with my order even though i had only just missed him and refused to refund me for the food and delivery service not received I was not informed what happened to my food and was told I would have to reorder and pay again I am horrified at the lack of sympathy shown by all concerned I will avoid using this service in the future and will not be recommending it

I ordered on the deliveroo app and waited just before the delivery the rider called apparently pin location was wrong text him my address no response 5 minute later got call from customer service explained what happened and gave me 3 options i chose 3rd redeliver and waited further 30 minutes and again I received a call from deliveroo rider just before the delivery same issue with the address few minutes later call from customer service explained they cancelled my order and gave me 3 options again to refund my money it s like they are doing me favour by giving my own money back I explained that I m Diabetic waited over an hour now no food delivered as yet no empathy shown or tried to rectify the problem which was with their deliverooo app instead kept repeating your money will be refunded almost two hours no food delivered and twice I guess my order was wasted absolutely amazed by the outcome did not consider my condition even though i mentioned I m Diabetic disturbing behaviour

It s a shame you can t put zero stars Ordered kfc it took almost 2 hours to come watched the driver doing laps of my estate on the app Food was stone cold and food missing I contacted them to complain only to be refunded for the missing burger and told they were ending chat before I got to reply Won t ever use again

The fist dilivery guy was such a moron asking me to leave my flat and come out to the street to collect my order instead of having me buzz him into the building Of course I didn t Only to find out he picked up the wrong order from the restaurant Then the 2nd guy decided he couldn t find the address and left it at someone s reception not mine cause I don t have one Incompetence and disgraceful Over 2hrs for a simple order Disgusted I cancelled the whole thing and asked for a refund A hungry child is definitely an angry child
