Absolutely awful - took a duplicate payment of 265 from me and now can t get hold of anyone Refuse to answer emails instant messages direct chat via the app and rang the customer service answer phone line but no response or acknowledgement Emailed complaints and guess what - no answer Still trying to get hold of someone still 265 missing from my bank Must be the worst customer service department ever Avoid at all cost If I could give zero stars I would
