Terrible

Absolutely awful - took a duplicate payment of 265 from me and now can t get hold of anyone Refuse to answer emails instant messages direct chat via the app and rang the customer service answer phone line but no response or acknowledgement Emailed complaints and guess what - no answer Still trying to get hold of someone still 265 missing from my bank Must be the worst customer service department ever Avoid at all cost If I could give zero stars I would

In any case

In any case do not link your cards to this application lose money and you will not even be able to delete the linked card they will continue to withdraw money and the support is supported by the scam scheme Freaks in general

Not working as promised

This Curve card was amazing from the beginning when there was a free membership however when I ve accepted paid membership it starts to not working correctly - anti embarrassing mode doesn t work well as I have almost daily issue to use this card for TFL Even after contacting customer service that confirmed me that everything was fixed I don t recommend this card

Wouldn t recommend any more

I used to love Curve but I recently got charged for a subscription to their service I shouldn t have been Their customer service team is properly one of the worse I ve ever spoken to you get better responses from a stone They use robot replies to everything they respond to they take over 4 days to even reply Even the complaints email doesn t respond Might go to the FCA and raise a complaint with them as they took money they shouldn t have done Shame because curve have a great product with the worse support of any financial institution

Daylight robbery

Absolutely disgusting how this company is allowed to operate Terms and conditions in pictures below state and I quote No fee cree withdrawals If withdrawing from a UK bank with a UK card under 250 Yet two weeks ago the 27 02 2024 I withdrew 200 ans was charged 4 They took till today to get back to me that Iver two weeks and claim the charge is correct Card has been cut up card had been cancelled and app deleted by myself So long curve I can t wait to publish this review in our upcoming magazine Day light robbery

Support is the worst

System works fine most of the time But support sucks bigtime One big disaster if you need help

Appalling Customer Service

Alerted to potential fraud on my card 3 weeks ago Card cancelled and assured a replacement was in the post No replacement has arrived and I m still paying 17 99 monthly membership Can t speak to anyone on the phone Nobody replies to emails Social media team is a bot Appalled by the lack of customer service

The concept is a god one unfortunately the execution is not great The customer service is beyond awful considering its a financial institution you would require better acess to customer suport It is not to be relied upon as the only payment method as if it fails there is no support available and you will be left in the lurch I would avoid - I would stick with revolut or currensea for now

Doesn t work properly

Unfortunately it doesn t work as it should lot of errors in the app and anti-embarrassing mode sometimes works and sometimes not It doesn t worth the fee I can t recommend it

Absolutely useless awful - DO NOT USE

They ve become absolutely awful I m even an Investor with them They ve recently changed to a rolling 30 day fronted scam which doesn t work They charge inappropriate wrong fees trying to sort things via their chat function is beyond impossible Their customer services can t do maths nor assess the facts I might be going to the financial ombudsman with this I am pretty close to cancelling my card account which is pretty bad considering I ve invested with them
