Never heard of curve until I kinda got forced into it because I wanted to use plutus it Glad I did because I ve been a happy user ever since I started with curve Makes it so much easier to just have 1 card and if you have your payment method set different than what you would ve wanted in hindsight you can just go back in time All in all pretty good experience and for me the support has been fairly swift and in any case helpful every time I do hope that they don t wind down their benefits or start upping the costs massively like we ve seen with other newfi It really takes the momentum out of it up to the point where it becomes basically a job to make it worth it Please stay cool curve

I have been using curve for 5 years

I have been using curve for 5 years and love it really reliable service with the additional security of not using my physical bank cards getting notice of all transactions immediately and being able to lock and unlock at will A great tool to use

Amazing card

Amazing card No need to carry all cards Bank charges lot in exchange and non sterling fees while using it s card abroad I saved lot of money from bank s hidden cost by using curve card Go back in time future gives another month of free interest to clear credit card debt Way to go curve

I have never had any issues

I have never had any issues neither in my own country or when travelling to others inside or outside of Europe I mainly use it to get access to mobile payments which my bank currently does not offer

Genuinely love my Curve card if you have multiple accounts or even work on expenses this is the card for you pay with one card and manage it afterwards

Early Adopter Great Service

I was an early adopter of Curve so the card has been a constant companion for many years I can t really fault the Card or the service The Card is used as my main card as I am constantly switching around I ve also used Apple Pay with Curve which is handy The customer service when required is prompt and helpful I haven t used Curve Flex but have used the Rewards which are great Overall I would highly recommend to people who have a few cards and want a product that can morph into any of their cards

Great Customer Support

I recently decided to upgrade to Samsung Pay Premium powered by Curve and had a problem with my App the Launchpad wouldn t open for whatever reason I contacted support and after a few tweaks their end the fault was fixed quickly and I now have full access to the App again Problems occur but to me it s more about how they are addressed and corrected In my case they have been great athough I do think it is a shame that there is no customer support via the telephone BUT the guys at support curve dot com were very good in helping so thanks again for your help in getting things sorted For general reference - it s a GREAT app and service enabling all cards to be hosted in one place Setting up rules for what cards are used on what transactions is so easy the Anti-Embarrasment function is a fantastic idea in case you haven t checked account balances AND the cashback and rewards are basically something for nothing regardless of paying a subscription or not and it is well worthwhile thinking about when looking at your budgeting and yearly finances Thanks again A very happy App user
