support does not react even to serious problems when it is not possible to pay by card although the customer has a paid plan

Slowly reducing the benefits increasing price

Slowly reducing the benefits for lower cards Standard X and Metal - while increasing the price - the value is not as good as before for average Joe If you travel frequently abroad and spending is high combined with other cards with benefits - it can be worth it Feel sad to be sqeezed by price and less service for lower while going from Standard to X and then to Metal

Change of members benefits

I dislike the fact that the damage waver insurance was removed with zero consultation this was my man reason for having curve I will not renew when my current subscription expires

Good service but as a metal subscriber bad

Good service but as a metal subscriber since they removed the Insurance s your paying a premium for nothing really useful Best to lower your subscription level But I really the service is good and means no more carrying loads of cards

Customer service declined

Customer service even for the premium level customers has gone to pieces Even on priority issues such as over payment are taking one month to get responses on This used to be hours when I first subscribed 3 years ago

Lost trust

I ve been using Curve for years and years with virtually no issues Even though I still love the premise and idea ever since they started removing feature from free tier to force users to pay instead of offering features worth upgrading I tend to use Curve less and less I no longer trust the company as much as I did in the past

It works but customer support is nearly non existent

The product works as intented you can have all your cards with some exceptions like Amex or prepaid under Curve It s been great for me But customer support is terrible even in the highest paying layers You can be waiting for weeks even for the most simple requests They be been raising the fees without any improvement on this So if you really think will take and advantage of the have it all in one card product and don t mind to have a lot of uncertainty about when and how any issue could be resolved you will enjoy it otherwise maybe it s not going to be worth the stress

Nice product bad customer service

Generally a nice useful product However just 1 month after I ve upgraded to Metal plan paid for 1 year they decided to remove the annual insurance which was actually my main reason to go Metal No apology or refund option given felt kinda scammed Customer service is really not good as well takes forever to reply

Works great but not worth it anymore

I am a customer having curve metal and really appreciate it but they recently removed one of the most important features who were phone insurance Moreover the price raised from 15 a month to 18 So in general the card was working as I expected to but these r cents changes make metal plan not worth it anymore

Good app terrible support

I have had the free plan for a few years and everything worked fine until the most recent update After the update the option Curve pay disappeared from the app I immediately contacted their support I had to wait 10 days to hear back from them and I had to talk to 4 different advisors over the following weeks before someone finally told me Curve pay had been replaced by Google pay So 5 stars for the app 1 star for their customer service
