Customer service is AWFUL
I ve used this service for many years now I recently had an issue where I was incorrectly charged on a transaction and curve have been absolutely AWFUL They do not look into your issues or complaints instead you receive an email weeks after contacting them letting you know they re looking into it and months will go by without any contact Avoid at all costs unless you want to have no customer service when things go wrong

Deteriorating product and service
Long time user and used to be very happy Over the years the product and service are deteriorating unfortunately Recent reductions to HMRC spending limits and rolling 30-day cycle instead of monthly are a good way of catching people out so as to make charges Customer service can take days or weeks to reply and are deeply patronising and a bit computer says no Shame really

As an investor I m sorry so see it going this way The concept is great and I used to be very happy with the product the idea the new developments and the company as a whole Now though it has indeed gone downhill They removed many of the useful benefits e g insurance to favor less useful ones such as 1 cashback but they still try to sell it as a benefit At the same time fees have increased across the board which I understand given lending rates inflation etc etc but not if the service deteriorates

Sometime it works sometime no for sure I did t have a good experience in Asia but the worst of the worst thing is the customer service which doesn t offer any minimum support I m going to close my account soon

I like curve but they published a referral promotion and when I introduced a new user for them They did not keep their promise reward for referral This opened my eyes to how poor their customer service actually is They have an in-app chat however responses go unanswered for a week or two and then I get a weak useless reply and end of conversation I just want the curve cash I earned

I ve loved the Curve and I still do The idea is great but the support team is awful The support can t respond for a ticket Hate this I have paid for the subscription which promised me better support ye I can see that Never using that again

Dubious approach and poor support
Seemed like quite a good idea I signed up the most basic account at 0 99 pm but found they d taken 5 99 Queried it and they d somehow moved me to a trial of a higher tier account which I didn t need and would never have opted for which then auto-renewed Tried to discuss it with Curve support but they kept failing to answer basic questions Lost faith in them and cancelled my account
