Great but

I love the product every single part of it EXCEPT for the support It usually takes ages or actually weeks to literally months in this case for them to answer sometimes although I should have something they call priority support included in my Black plan

Giving 4 stars for taxes for currency conversion in Saturday or Sunday for black members Need to be improved support for black members - let it be priority and not waiting time for response to be one week

I joined curve both to gather my payment cards in a single wallet and to have an additional safety layer between the external world and my actual cards details It is working very well with both physical POS and Web payments Only little sorrow is that recently the number of founding sources that can be added to the wallet have been drastically reduced for the free of charge agreement Despite this limitation it remains a nice tool for your shopping and expenses monitoring

Have been a curve user for many years

Have been a curve user for many years and watched them grow The premise is still sound you can hide your credit card behind the Curve card which presents as a debit card to avoid charges Some neat features low exchange costs when abroad ability to swap transactions between cards etc My only disappointment has been I cannot add my Amex cards but this was I suspect due to Amex rather than Curve

I really like Curve and they have a great selection of features The cashback somewhat mitigates the money spent on the metal card but not completely as I do not use that many of the features This is getting doubled this month so this is good My only complaint is that the customer service via the in app chat is incredibly slow to respond I understand that it is more of an email service than a live chat however I have sometimes waited around a week for any response

I really love the Curve card

I really love the Curve card I ve not carried a wallet with me for years now I m looking forward to get the Tap2 ring wearable I have stopped my payment for curve metal as the loss of insurance means there re is no benefit for me being on metal I did contact customers service on 5th December to downgrade my plan but no response hence stopping the monthly payment so it will naturally downgrade anyway

Indispensable for every day management of spending

I use Curve every day and find the Go Back In Time feature to be especially useful Pretty much an essential app for managing spending across multiple credit cards and current accounts I gave 4 rather than 5 stars as I feel their insights and analytics could be improved and smartened up a bit Fingers crossed for future updates

Good tool Unfortunately service offer has been reduced recently Free non account currency payments amount reduced from 1 000 per month to 250 in a rolling 30 days period However I am happy in general

Easy to change between cards easy copy-paste function to fill forms quickly New app is a little annoying Many options with non descriptive icons for most common functions maybe you can improve that letting us to select favorites fucntions
