Samsung Pay unable to add curve card

I had a problem with my curve card after my new one came Neither the card nor the app would accept payments on them Using the card linked would work so it was a problem with the card Was told to remove the card and re-add it The problem is when you re-add the card it asks for CVV or 3 digits on the back which the cards don t have Should be a simple fix Well apparently not Was told to go on the app select the card and then I will get the 3 digits A bit hard to do when the card is not on the app I had a call chat and email still no response I was told this would be escalated on the 01 March and till today no had a response and the card is useless I have reached out to Samsung phone support and they have been great But the Curve support is a joke if you have other options use them if you ever need support as the Curve support is a waste of space

No one is responding

They stop your card without a warning ask for documents then don t respond for a long time You pay for an annual fee but unable to use it annually as one would expect I am not sure how they think this is ok It s not

Don t do it They have removed travel insurance and mobile phone insurance which are two major changes They still charge 17 99 for the metal card but instead offer a few cashback offers where you can save a few pennies This company clearly aren t doing well and have resorted to saving money at the customers expense

Avoid Curve It was great but is lagging and customer support is terrible

Customer Service takes weeks to months to get back to any queries Prices keep going up but features go down The concept is great and functionally works but things like virtual cards for online services are missing any my curve card was compromised more than any other card ice had

Everytime you lost the things that I contracted Curve card sach us witdraw free money from ATM At the end you can only will have one if you pay

PAID for insurance etc for one year but they removed insurance cover after id paid This was hidden in an email looking like they were adding benefits If they want to remove benefits remove them on renewal date not taking away benefits already paid for This will kill curve

Ghost Customer service

The customer service is almost not exsisting responsing after a few days and imiedietly before the app will notify you closing the coversation so you have no option to disscuss with the agent Even if you reach them they will send you just templates Moreover in my case I ve received two diffrent responses for my problem 1 The problem is on our end as we made a few changes recently2 The problem is with your bank Since NYE my Visa cards stopped working with the curve Mastercard is honored and they totally do not care about that see comments on google store When I finally catched the lived agent he s told me to that I need to contact each of my bank that provided me VISA cart and obtain the proofs from banks to ensure that the problem is not on banks end and then they maybe will do sth xD That costed too much Bye

Expensive reduced benefits and insulting customer service

Insurance benefits were recently removed in favour of some pretty measly cashback benefits The main thing I use it for us fronted and the expense of it makes it barely worth this Final straw was a demand for 60 quid for a replacement cars I ve tried to cancel my account and the support just don t respond The total disregard for customer experience is nothing short of insulting Curve please respond to my request to shut my account Oh and no I won t be pursuing a 15 quid bonus for giving other people the same problems by putting them on to your product

Don t use this app no support

Take your money for this plus plans and refuse to support you when their system goes wrong I went on holiday so upgraded the plan when I did this their system renewed my current plan not upgrade me Their support is useless respond like robots and take almost 4 days to respond to each comment They are refusing to support me and refund me as I had to find other means useless company Will also admit to have had terrible customer service from Vinicius Mendon a if that s their real name outright said they would not support me

Duplicate charge no response from

Duplicate charge no response from customer service for 2 weeks It s a shame because I d been happily using them for over a year But this has now happened 4 times with no real explanation can see it s happening to others aswell So will be using my cards directly now
