Samsung Pay unable to add curve card
I had a problem with my curve card after my new one came Neither the card nor the app would accept payments on them Using the card linked would work so it was a problem with the card Was told to remove the card and re-add it The problem is when you re-add the card it asks for CVV or 3 digits on the back which the cards don t have Should be a simple fix Well apparently not Was told to go on the app select the card and then I will get the 3 digits A bit hard to do when the card is not on the app I had a call chat and email still no response I was told this would be escalated on the 01 March and till today no had a response and the card is useless I have reached out to Samsung phone support and they have been great But the Curve support is a joke if you have other options use them if you ever need support as the Curve support is a waste of space
