Still great

I ve been with curve since it was in Beta 7 years ago and I ve always loved it I find it very helpful since I have loads of cards and don t like carrying them and I appreciate not getting charged overseas fees when I travel

Very functional card

Very functional card worldwide emulated cards visa and MasterCard I use it with my mi band 6 NFC and all payments were well processed in the card that I chose because two cards are allowed in the free plan

Excellent customer service

I ve been with Curve virtually from the start Their customer service is excellent The flexibility having the card affords is perfect Loading up my debit and credit cards to this one card means I only have one long number and don t have to worry about updating out of date cards Special thank you to Hugo who very quickly sorted out an issue chargeback I was having with Christian Dior Will never darken the Dior doorstep again but my experience with a poor company only makes me appreciate the excellent service you get from Curve even more Thank you

Great for overseas spenders

I love curve i use my barclaycard avios overseas and get the spot rate through curve and my avios points without any overseas transaction costs I pay a fee but it is covered in a minimal number of transactions per month The go back in time feature is useful when I put spending on the wrong card and overall I am very happy with the service

I use the CURVE card mainly for both physical payments in stores and online I ll be honest I don t follow cash back I buy in the store where I m most convenient if there is also cash back you re welcome In several years I have never had any problems with CURVE For this reason I recommend it

Excellent using on daily Basis for GarminPay

Have been Curve User for more than 5-6 years I liked the concept and the Idea and so far they executed it perfectly I like the feature that they are available on Garmin Pay so I can use my Debit or Maestro card which is not supported by bank on GarminPay but via Curve it made it possible Its simple and they use to send receipt for each transaction which my Traditional bank didn t do

Highly improved CX

Been using Curve since Nov 2017 during which the offering has undergone a lot of changes Overall a very useful companion to have there was a period of CX being suboptimal yet as far as I understand these were due to growing pains Having used their Metal plan for years I decided to downgrade to Black recently after the insurance was taken out of the benefits Going back in time is definitely my most used feature

The advantages of free curveball

Needed Curve as one of few UK services to work with Fitbit Wallet Used the free service to put on a couple of my regular cards All worked perfectly 5 stars because despite limited facilities and nagging to upgrade it is free and these are acceptable compromises for a free service
