Great Quality Brand with Mixed Customer Service Experience
My son loves this brand, and the quality is excellent. On my first order, I had a small issue where one item was delayed. I contacted customer service and initially received an unhelpful response, being told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact the courier. However, another staff member later responded and was extremely helpful, assisting with tracking the order, which was delivered the same day. The staff you employ truly make a difference, and overall, I am very happy with the brand.

Claims they have a delivery time on 1-2 days I ordered on sweatshirt for a gift the fifth of November and received it today 10 days later 8 days later than promised I needed the shirt for birthday this weekend I contacted customer service to get a status of the shipment in the middle of last week where they promise they will reply within 24 hours still haven t heard anything back I will not be shopping here again I will ship the shirt back as I ordered from bareen better quality and they delivered a order placed Thursday on Friday so I had a present for the birthday

Bad customer service and clothing quality DONT BUY THEIR TRACKSUITS
I bought a grey tracksuit and it arrived on time and felt really good quality AT FIRST but after one wear it already starting getting a ton of lint Then after my second wear a found a hole in the hoodie near the armpit armpit area I made photos to show my friends right when I bought it and checked the photos back to make sure I didn t make the hole myself and in the photos the hole was already there along with that the cotton on the inside of the tracksuit sheads like crazy there is a ton of moss all over my room So I emailed them they promise to reply in 24 hours and sent a dm on instagram and for a full refund or a brand new tracksuit and they still haven t responded to anything After paying 130 for a tracksuit I d expect better quality and customer service

UPDATE I already wrote a review about my experience with cusbclo and mentioned that I sent an email to them and they didn t reply they promise to reply in 24 hours but now it has been 4 days and they replied to my review saying they are sorry and a I should send an email to them to find a resolution to my problem Ummmm So clearly they couldn t even be asked to fully read my review
