Love this brand

Love this brand The bracelets are very cute and personalized I got the bracelets in less than 2 weeks Because of all the hateful comments I was scared if I would even get my order but I received it and with an extra gift Because of Corona it may take a bit longer but to call this company a scam is a bit rude and not true

Not so bad as you can see on several commments

I ordered a necklace on the 18th of may so I waited the days that they said 5 for preparation 12 for shipping Today my order arrived On monday I ve sent an email for suport to see if everything was alright and on the next day I received the answer No complaints at all but from what I can see there is several people that are complaining My order was sent to Spain If you want to know something about this you can write me

I am now changing my one start review to 4 I received my order in three separate shipments over 1 5 months I am happy with what I received considering the suitable price I paid Lauren in customer services is very approachable and prompt to respond I give 4 star only because not all items were sent at one go The chain could do with being stronger better quality but you pay for what you get

I really love my 2 custom cuff

I really love my 2 custom cuff bracelets However I feel like there should be 2 choices a universal size or several specific sizes The universal size is too big for my wrist so once it s on I close it to my size but the problem is that when I try taking it out it s too small to come off I end up feeling as though I ll break the bracelet

Fast delivery and good looking product

So i ordered two custom necklaces one in silver and one in gold I ordered them friday and recieved them tuesday the next week Super fast delivery despite Covid So far they feel and look amazing time will test the material and the sustainability of the product I will after a couple of months report back with my experience of the jewellery

Absolutely love the necklace

Absolutely love the necklace it has a beautifully simple design and hasn t tarnished even a little bit I would recommend it to anyone looking for a heartfelt gift Cutomer service was quick and efficient The only thing I wish CustomCuff would improve is their sizing right now it is one-size only and I think adding a small range of sizes length for the necklaces would really elevate their products and make them even more personal

I ordered 2 matching Matt black cuffs

I ordered 2 matching Matt black cuffs on the 30th Nov and then I came across the reviews which panicked me ALOT but 3 days later tracking updated to shipped It arrived in the UK on the 5th Dec and it was delivered a couple of days later by Royal Mail Panic over I love the cuffs Everything seems good quality but only time will tell I would actually like to order a silver version too now I m looking forward to seeing my husbands reaction on Christmas Morning

Loved it

After I read some reviews I thought it would be a scam but ordered a silver band with coordinates for me and my husband I LOVED IT The materials are good and fair price Engraving was what i asked for The shipment came with tracked deliv but it took almost a month wich i expected since it was christmas covid-situation and brexit creat a caos in europe delivery services I will buy from CustomCuff again

I was quite scared when I saw the reviews after I purchased the bracelets but I received my order quite fast The bracelets are beautiful although a little hard to put it on since it is a clasp but overall I am quite pleased I haven t tested out if it is waterproof yet but I am hoping that the bracelet is of good quality so it wont rust

Item received with delay but received

Item received delayed Although it took 40 days to ship to Asia the product finally arrived the engraving is nice and the quality seems good customer service is present and patient I previously wrote a review suspecting this was a scam but its real it may take a lot of time to ship to you but eventually it will arrive Recommend to choose a tracked and paid shipping rather than the free one with no tracking number
