I ordered my item for me and my girlfriend on May 9th and they say my purchased items have arrived in my country 12 days ago Am I ever going to get my item

Terrible experience - do not buy from here

Terrible experience Followed all the guideline on the website regarding ring sizing I was all set for a size 9 but went to a 10 because of a statement in the website that reads if I between sizes go up a size I did so and now the ring doesn t fit The ring I received and measured I believe is also bigger than what the size states on the website but customer service are having none of it Took 4 emails just to answer one question and they will not except any fault or liability Absolutely gutted as this was for a Christmas present It s a shame as the overall quality of the products is quite good and I was planning to go a lot more from them in the future as I d seen other pieces I ve liked but now out of principle I won t because of how my issue has been dealt with The worst customer service I have ever had from any company Stay well clear

Order 73790Ordered the set cuff and received a complete different product Reached out immediately and Lauren said they will resend the order Waited for more than two weeks and never heard from them so had to email them again They said they were waiting for tracking information Two days ago it says there is updated tracking information and it showed that it s been in transit for the past two days Entered the tracking ID myself on the shipping company instead of using their link it showed that CC has only updated electronic information and they haven t received the actual shipment I m either requiring a refund or CC can show proof that my product is actually with the shipping company replying to their comment the delivered item on 18-3 is the complete wrong item

I ordered a necklace may 14th On may 18th it said it was on its way It s been 13 days and still nothing Not even an update I had high hopes for this and all I see is bad reviews Hoping it comes in or I atleast get an update soon

Bad quality

Bought a bracelet 2 5 month ago It seems like it has a coat of silver paint over it thing that I did not notice before it all started to peel Now the bracelet is starting to look so bad I can t wear it anymore Prices a bit higher for the quality they offer

Very underwhelming experience

My order was extremely late and after receiving it it was scuffed and damaged I emailed customer service and specifically said in my email that I had tried everything to polish and even scrub the cuff and the marks would not come out It looks like black plastic had been melted onto the cuff The response I received told me to gently rub it with a cloth They clearly hadn t bothered to read me email and or were not willing to offer a proper solution beyond making it my problem I was stuck giving my fianc a very late and very damaged Valentines gift

Buyer beware

Buyer beware If you get any of the gold jewelry it will not look like the pictures they have all over their website with the black writing they sent me such light writing that you can t even see what is on the bracelet They refuse to give me a refund or make one with writing you can actually see

I place my order 20 days ago and got zero information Like 4 days ago i email them and got no response It s very disrespectful I received orders from other companies that i placed days after this one I want my order if its possible because there is a mean to buy that if its not possible i just want my money back

I made a purchase at the beginning of April and on day 16th it said on it s way Today May 11th after emailing the company a couple times and getting the same it will arrive very soon response I have received a notification from a package I bought two days ago coming from Amsterdam saying it will arrive tomorrow I am disappointed

Ordered bracelet over two weeks ago My package had been in transit on a flight this whole time apparently I have been sent 3 different tracking numbers all of which provide no informations on where my package actually is Also have emailed support several times and get the same automatic message every time Very very disappointed with this company
