Updated review on the 5th Dec I finally have a replacement bracelet on the way It s been horrendous dealing with all this and I will be very surprised if it actually turns up It s a shame it had to take so long and cause so much stress but fingers crossed it arrives For now I would have to honestly say I won t be buying from them again because of how they have handled the whole sorry situation It was an obvious fault of theirs as the lettering was wonky and they should have bent over backwards immediately to correct it Then they would have a happy and repeat customer

I gave a custom note on it but it was not customized just plain Can I get it customized

Ordered a custom necklace set early November and it still hasn t arrived After two weeks of no tracking updates my tracking number stopped working Took a ridiculous number of emails and several weeks to get a new tracking number only to see that it hadn t left Portugal yet As of now the tracking info says it was shipped almost two weeks ago Still waiting for its arrival almost two months after ordering If the company had indicated this would be the expected timeline that would be fine However on my confirmation email they said 2-5 business days to customize ship and another 5-12 before it reached my house This means it should ve arrived Dec 7 at the latest UPDATE it did arrive just over 2 months after ordering second week of January If you order a custom handwriting piece make sure you write with something thicker than pen it won t show up well on the jewelry Did one necklace with pen and the writing is so thin it s almost indistinguishable Other message was written on an iPad with thicker font and it looks good

I didn t receive what I ordered and when I wrote to them they said it was okay because the letter charms depends on arrivals

I had not read the reviews before I placed my order with custom cuff And now I m worried because I ve been trying to track my order and it says it s in Portugal I ve tried contacting custom cuff via email and after receiving a general response that we cannot give an estimated date of arrival they have now blocked my email id I need a refund because i am starting to believe this company is a scam

On December 11th I ordered the star map custom necklace for my girlfriend On the website it said that shipping would take 3-5 days Now nearly 21 days later it still has not arrived It was in Portugal for a few weeks but know in New York for the last week This is frustrating because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift but now I must wait even longer Please respond to this comment the customer service team is not responding to emails

I ordered a few years ago and the quality was amazing shipping was awesome but this year I ordered and quality was very poor the chains on necklaces were cheap looking and I paid a twice as much for this order and it took 5 weeks for delivery 4 weeks longer than last time So no I would not recommend this product If they go back to the better quality they had in the past I would continue to buy from them but For now it s a no

Doesn t say it s shipping from another country before purchase and I paid a lot of money for 3-5 day shipping and it s been five business days and still no package

Ordered over a week ago and still haven t received the delivery The last tracking update was 7 days ago and there s been no response to my emails It was meant to be a Valentine s Day gift and I couldn t make it happen

I placed my order 10 days ago and it s still hasn t arrived I paid for properly delivery and the website states 2-4 business days This was meant to be a gift for my partners and I 10yr anniversary I m very annoyed that it hasn t arrived Tracking says it s been sat in Portugal for a few days Would really appreciate if the company would give realistic timelines
