Where is customerservice

I made the order Thursday evening and receive the product Wednesday the following week the company is supposedly located in Denmark - and the shipping address was in Denmark as well Product is as shown on the pictures - and thus I have nothing to complain about here It would have been nice with some sort of recipe in the package Still I find it strange that they never reply in PM on Instagram even though they encourage one to write to them there Furthermore they delete every comment on Instagram asking whether people have received their product or not - where many who replied back they never did Many have written bad reviews on your Facebook which I don t understand Customcuff don t reply back to I truly understand people are skeptical - I actually still am Customcuff should take their customer-service more serious instead of just making this a cash cow

I loved the necklaces but the chains

I loved the necklaces but the chains both broke after one day and they just like snapped like it was already broken although I loved the look an idea I d really appreciate if custom cuff gave me two new chains preferably ones that didn t break

Still haven t received my items

I ordered a necklace and a few other items on May 10 and it s been 3 weeks still nothing I got a notification that the package had left the country of the sender and no further information after that I was looking forward to receiving these products but I really hope it s just taking a while because of the virus or else I m asking for a refund Update I got my items about a week and a half after I wrote this Although I m happy I received my items they aren t as high quality as they make them look I sort of expected it though with the prices being so cheap just keep this in mind folks

Terrible customers service

Terrible customers service They forgot to include the gift box I payed for Eventually they refunded the money of the gift box and I was kindly asked to order a new one via there website However they were not willing to pay for the second transport costs Because that was not their problem

Tracking doesn t update as if the parcel had never been sent

I ordered 2 cuffs last year and received them with a minor delay Nonetheless this year I have had major issues I ordered one single cuff in march and I am still waiting to receive the package The tracking number they provided has not updated and still says The sender has sent information on a shipment with this ID but we have not yet received the shipment I contacted them earlier this month and they sent another replacement cuff which also shows the same issue with tracking

I bought 4 mystery cuffs for my secret Santa theme was ANYTHING NOT MADE IN CHINA I thought it would be great to get her cuffs that are made in Denmark It looks exciting so I went on to buy I was looking forward to the life quotes engraved Oh well it came as big surprise ALL 4 CUFFS came identical Didn t make any sense I was so upset Emailed customer service I only got Apologies on the issue on the item received

Overall this is a good product

Overall this is a good product that is fashionable to wear with anything The only downside of buying this product is sometimes the bracelet writing if you get it might has a little scrap on it based ob my own product There is a Vance where your bracelet might not have a marking on it from the laser they use

No order updates

I ordered my products on May 7 and have only received the tracking info in the country of the sender and got notification that it had left the country of sender 11 days ago I have received no other tracking information and no order updates since then I am hoping this is just technical difficulties but I am starting to think my order will never come and if they do not respond to my email I will ask for a refund
