I ordered a collet chuck from the web

I ordered a collet chuck from the web site the specification was a 7 16 - 20 thread but the one supplied was with a M12 thread which would not fit my machine I did return it for an exchange so everything is fine now but I would just like to point out that there was no mention of alternative threads on the web site specification

The range of products available is excellent however the website search feature is so awful as to be unusable Adding more search terms seems to broaden rather than narrow the search When on a product page there should be a way to see what subcategory it is in so that you can find similar products but no such functionality exists

Good prices not the great customer service they used to have

Cutwel used to be one of the best online shops and its still a good one with fair prices and real offers but the customer service is not as good as it used to be mistakes or delays can always can happen but the way they deal with them isnt like it was in the past I guess they are much busier now
