Got the next day delivery option free which never happens in our AB33 post code 2 normally if it says one Order put in on a Thursday and arrived Monday by 1 30pmSo technically thats 2 working days Just normal for us DPD app tells me when it will arrive in a one hour slot Later I get stops away

As always impeccable performance from Cutwel Such a large selection of cutting tools and general tools with the range constantly expanding and new things always being stocked Wish they could offer a student or apprenticeship discount of some kind but at the same time with them being a supplier for my work I know I can trust them for quality genuine tools so don t really mind not having a discount

A good and speedy service

Very detailed website but had to seek telephone advice to find the section of the website that listed the items that I needed This was not clear Parts were despatched and delivered very quickly FOC My only concern is that the invoice was misleading asking for payment although I had paid with a card on-line There was nothing on the invoice to indicate that it had been paid Having said that I am sure that I will be using Cutwel in the future

I could only be happier if the items I ordered were in stock and arrived a little quicker They weren t and I knew they weren t before I placed the order but it was impressive how speedily they arrived considering

Placed two separate orders on one day one of the two came next day But I think it was DPD error as I had two emails to say I would get two delivery s but only one came Unusual as DPD are normally great Online ordering system is very easy and the catalogue and detail on cutwell website are great
