I really wanted this to work I even tried contributing to the codebase but it is just broken in so many places and support is just a joke I ve been using Cyberpanel for almost 3 years because of its OpenLitespeed integration which makes any PHP hosting fast and cheap Their backup system never seemed to work so I wrote my own with borg I also bought their paid addons to support the project but I was greatly dissappointed by RspamdThis addon works well but only for outgoing emails Generally I wouldn t recommend CP for email hosting Just for sending emails via the websites you host there is great WordPress ManagerIt can t identify existing installations only works when creating websites in the manager Didn t test it thoughrougly I can t speak for the rest of the addons as they are of no use to me and I didn t test them Their cloud dashboard is also lacking It is supposed to be a central management dashboard for multiple servers but you can t manage anything from there besides your subscriptions and tickets There are close to no updates in over 2 years Any time I reached out via the ticket support I had a rough time communicating with them I am not talking about some kind of language barrier while there is one but them actively avoiding to provide any real support by just asking for information I already gave them or are even stated in my account s details This can keep on for days until you finally give up Add insult to injury they do not send any subscription renewal notifications before charging and I ended up paying twice for something I don t use To sum upIf you are happy with the free features and work for you then great I still use it that way If you need anything more than the free package can offer then just use something else and don t pay them a dime

Not Recommended I am stucked with Cyberpanel because of Hostinger VPS i really regret it No proper support It works best only if you are a server end guru only i have to pay to fiverr freelancers for issues like SSL Cache SPF issues Summed Up For Experts only not for beginners or digital marketers

The product itself works satisfactorily except that the forum blocks the IP address even though it is a static IP with a good reputation and belongs to a company with a good reputation Furthermore the login via Github Google and Facebook is also defective Github message 404 page not foundGoogle Error 401 invalid client Client missing a project id Facebook Invalid app IDThe specified app ID does not appear to be a valid app ID

Panel full of bugs

There are several bugs in Cyberpanels and this since years where the developers are either unable or not willing to fix them SSL certificates expire after every 3 months and you will have to manually push a button to renew them Then there is also a file manager which sometimes does not grant you the permissions to upload edit or delete files The other problem is the logging It is hard to find the logs the logs are incomplete and fail to answer basic questions about resource usage and why some process consumes more resources than others The User Interface appears simple but if you work with it you will realize it is incomplete and also if you hit a wrong button there is a danger to delete something important The Firewall also is very basic and is insufficient by itself The developer does not really improve things and leaves this Panel unfinished and in my view with limited use especially if you try to scale up a server It is a nightmare to work with and will waste everybody s time We will switch to something else soon

Innovation is excellent the panel itself is great especially for a free panel I personally used it for quite sometime on OpenLiteSpeed as it was the most compatible panel at some point Sadly it had so many SSL issues and was plagued with weird bugs I could not launch this into production Assuming it was more like the free version has this problem I upgraded to enterprise and found that my problems only got worse The support staff tend to patch up issues and fix things with NO explanation I m unhappy with the panel and their service But the head developer Usman is great Nice guy but he just cannot get to everyone Maybe if the panel switched to a fully paid model it would excel I think it has a lot of potential

Very impressed I ve tried many panels and I like this one best AND they seem to be moving in the right direction over time It s not quite 5 stars yet but 4 is way better than what I d rate the other panels out there - keep up the great work

I ve been using cyberpannel for a year or so and it works fine Support is good and respond fast to requests Still some things need to be polished and features added to be great

i am not a technical person i expected cybepanel easy as cpanel but actually not however it is affordable for what they offer and their support team aiming high to solve all issues and reply quick Shoiab is a good person
