Great free open source hosting control panel with free forum community support and a variety of paid support options I use it on VPS servers to host my own websites and some client sites It works wonderfully is easy to setup maintain and manage and comes with a whole suite of features including security backup email DNS and more to cover pretty much all of your hosting needs There are a few little idiosyncrasies usability foibles that crop up here and there hence the four stars but for the most part Litespeed web server s speed and cacheing prowess alongside Cyberpanel s easy to navigate GUI for server management makes for a winning combination when it comes to managing your web hosting server I have rarely needed support which says a lot about the stability of the platform but the few times I have the answer has been available on the community forum or direct from the team at Cyberpanel net via their support ticketing system

5 stars for their free solution for web hosting panel The support person is good as well I ve been using it for 2 years and found it s buggy but at least it s giving an all-around solution for free I hope the bug will be gone and a more stable CyberPanel will be the go-to solution for web hosting with a LiteSpeed server and email solution Thanks

We have used self hosted panels like aaPanel CentOS web panel CWP Virtualmin Vesta and few others We settled with Cyberpanel self hosted panel for its blazing fast speed and ease of use This is the only free self hosted panel which supports both litespeed enterpise and openlitespeed web technology The support at community cyberpanel net is pretty good and productive Cyberpanel helped us a lot in cutting down our hosting setup costs

Giving them a 5 star review because it is the most robust free solution out there however the paid support version and the extra licenses for tools apps is handy One has to be aware that it is still buggy and has some small nuanced issues but it is constantly improving and we will continue to support this project where we can

I ve used CyberPanel for many years now and have been very satisfied with this product On the odd occasion there has been an an issue due to myself and their support went out their way to assist Once a ticket was raised they communicated swiftly and diagnosed the issue and resolved CyberPanel is a free product and supporting them with purchasing the VERY USEFUL add-ons is highly recommended Thank you for your service

Amazing 10 star My server had issues i couldn t login to cyberpanel I mailed the support team and within no time I was helped and regained access

I got an issue when tried to upgrade from the panel I tried to solve it from community because I used free license yet The technician let us open a ticket to solve it after double-checked It is very fast and patient to solve it after the get help from technician But it is really no useful when tried to find a way from community Hope cyberpanel become much easier to use and usually have nice support for everyone

Alright so CyberPanel got breached just a week ago and my VPS was affected so I emailed them for support They responded quick prompt offering to fully fix my VPS for me as it was affected by a cryptojacker So would recommend CyberPanel even with their shortcomings

I Had some issues on my server and at this time I was very panic about how I gonna fix that because I have very little knowledge about VPS and all that stuff So i reach out through their mail and they have fix my problem within few hours
