I bought a bicycle from F tex On the first long ride the right pedal broke Registered the case in the app The mechanic came the next day and the day after the bicycle was ready Really good experience with Cykelmakker

Right from reporting the issue via the app the whole process went really smooth They were also quick to fix the issue with our cargo bike Excellent team overall and I am extremely satisfied with their workmanship

My display stopped working after a fall a few other minor things needed fixing I delivered the bike in the afternoon it was ready for pickup first thing in the morning - all fixed and serviced and free of charge You just put all my local bike experts to shame
