Such a great birthday present I got one for my dad for his 70th and he loved it Make sure to upload the photo for them to kiss I allowed them to post on social media also which may have helped them have more energy in the video Mine was great They had a perfect dance for the sone I uploaded too 10 10

Video over exposed and not usable
Received my video and it was overexposed over saturated to the point where you cannot see the text or photo greeting the whole point of the video when I emailed them to raise my disappointment the only response I have received from them was we can t change it as we already spent time and effort filming it with no regard to the quality of video the customer expects and how much money the customer has spent to receive a video that is not as advertised on their website The content of the video was as expected and great funny which is a shame because I do not feel like sending the video to the person it was intended for as I m embarrassed at how bad the filming quality is Very disappointed that they re not willing to offer any solution and are now not responding to any further emails I have sent

never sent me the video
I had an email sent to me saying my video was done and would receive a seperate video with the video in however i never even received the video and customer services aren t replying 35 and my friends birthday present down the drain
