I ordered the book Winning Spiritual Battles thinking it was a hard copy It s a digital copy which is my bad I tapped on the link to download the book and it doesn t show up in my downloads I ve done this several times and it doesn t work

I love the David C Cook curriculum I use in my Sunday School However this online curriculum does not work I expected more resources to use with my students The links do not work and I have difficulty accessing the matrial

Can not get the code to work to download forms or to copy and paste material from the updated Christian Minister s Manuel that I ordered Need to go back to the old dvd that came with the older manuel

I had trouble with my tax exemption and sent an email and what i got was a request for rate my experience The reply on this Trust pilot review is the ONLY REPLY I have gotten from David C Cook Do Not order from this company they have ZERO customer service and only reply to these reviews with meaningless unhelpful comments I stand by my review There are no emails from you in my Spam or junk email However I DID get one response today in my inbox to my recent update on my review Saying they never received emails from me I took screenshots of said emails and sent in reply In them is attachment of tax exemption I do hope you are able to fix this I called the number listed in the review response and that is when i came back here to update my review The ph number was as helpful as a headache

Ordered the digital resources for the Seen curriculum Nothing like what expected Videos only 30 secs or so with no content and power point slide are a single slide with title of lesson and nothing else Nothing useful in them

Your curriculum is over priced I went to order extra leaders manuals any was horrified to discover you wanted way over 100 per book This is most likely the very last DC Cook curriculum I would dare to purchase
