Tracking Order Problematic

Placing the order was simple and i have no problem with that process However my order supposedly shipped on the 13th and I still have not received it also the tracking has not had any kind of update since July 13

I started using the adult teachers

I started using the adult teachers handbook to teach my adult Sunday school class sine 04 30 2023 and it is difficult to follow the main point of each weeks lesson There are too much additional information been disseminated and for that reason it creates confusion as to what is the main idea been conveyed Sometimes I have to use the font to determine where the lesson is as oppose to the secondary information You cannot go wrong if the info is kept simple and straightforward

Placed Order on December 28th

Placed Order on December 28th understood company was closed until January 3rd The company states it ships material the next business day after order is placed which would have been January 4th Checked on status of order was told it shipped on January 6th which was not true When order was finally shipped was given a delivery date of January 10th It did not arrive on that date Needs to be more considerate of customers

A drop in quality

The action Bible vbs was by far the worst kit I have purchased Your kits typically designed by catagory so that there are dedicated folders to each team leader Music crafts teachers etc This kit was designed by day day 1 day 2 day 3 etc This was very difficult to use forcing our team to have to search for sections relevant to their area Also there was a huge downgrade on music The video s with words and motions of songs were very useful I think there was only one song this time There were also print outs that were referred too that were not provided For the first time in years i will be shopping other publishers for VBS material next year

You didn t have all the curriculum we

You didn t have all the curriculum we needed for Echos so we only received the inventory you had This has happened more than once We will need to find another vendor

The communication is just very

The communication is just very inconsistent Emails bounce and aren t answered I was told our new account had been updated as tax-free yet I was charged tax I emailed about this asking how to get a tax refund but I have not heard back I will use something different next quarter

Being Ignored

I was given a software code on the 2024-2025 Commentary I purchased however it doesn t work I contacted David Cook and received a code from Rex He did stay on the phone w me but I ended the call since it takes a while to download and access The code didn t work so I emailed Rex accidentally typed Lex No response so I emailed customer sec - no help there either SADLY I M STUCK W SOFTWARE ACCESS I PAID FOR AND NEVER GOT BAD BAD BAD My previous 2023-2024 went so efficient

Disappointed in product

Delivery was great but I was so disappointed with the Sunday School product After spending 30 I thought I would have gotten so much more While the posters are great the other items were scarce I could have Googled similar items for free I will not order again

All transactions are done on computer No personal interactions Also you are more expensive than Christian book by 80 on student books alone
