When I placed my order I ordered two for one and I put in the code that was given and they charged me for both tickets But they were very apologetic and I got my refund within a couple of days when I called them

I placed my order and was very pleased with the timely delivery Upon sorting my order I found I was missing one teacher guide I called on Feb 24 and was told a replacement would be sent right away It s March 5th and I haven t even received a shipping notice Not a very good follow up

Service was good but the trading were very large Artwork was great but cards were too big for my purpose I probably just overlooked the dimensions

Delivery and order accuracy were excellent but the cost of products is quite high Other sites have much better prices but not all of the required Sunday school materials so one must order directly from Cook

I am a Canadian customer who in charge of Sunday school materials for a small church I am glad that I can order online The only thing is the delivery option I can t choose but have to use the only method to get the material

Struggling with shipping costs

I am most grateful to have the ability to order SS curriculum online and have it shipped quickly However like many we are a small country church and are doing everything we can to keep our program up and running each and every week I understand that the cost of materials must go up in these times but for us to then have to pay over 40 shipping on an almost 400 order is hard to absorb at our end I order from another very reputable Christian company that offers free shipping on only a 35 order The price of the curriculum is cheaper too I must admit I would order all of it there however they can t keep the quantities in stock as your company that produces it can Seems no matter the size of the order from David Cook the price on shipping goes up by that amount Shouldn t there be some perk for ordering a large amount

Did not receive all items I paid for and had to call customer service They were very nice and said she will resend my missing item I appreciate the kindness and empathy from customer service They were truly a blessing

Order was sent to the wrong address twice Never received am invoice for several purchases Reply is not really accurate I was told there was an internal issue that cause a mix up in the shipping address Now there is an inaccurate outstanding balance on my account

Disappointed Would much to get an order form

Would much prefer to get an order form in the mail to fill out and send in Serving customers should be more important than saving yourselves a few dollars When I first started ordering a quarterly was 4 48 now it is over 9 00 Shameful
