Money transfer takes longer than a

Money transfer takes longer than a week Maybe good rates but haven t had the chance yet to try it since I am still waiting for the wire transfer to be executed by them since begining of last week

Money transferred gone for 8 weeks

In mid Feb 7000CHF transfered to the DeGiro account still not received at DeGiro account or returned to original bank account After confirmation to which DeGiro account the money should be transferred it is quiet from DeGiro No response on email communication and impossible to reach the help desk Avoid - more reliable brokers with similar fees around

Non-existent client support proceed with CAUTION

I initially believed the negative reviews were probably over exaggerated and that the customer service cannot be THAT bad I was wrong it s worse that bad it s practically non-existent I tried signing up for an account with DEGIRO and things looked to go smooth until money became involved I was asked to complete a small transfer in order to complete the process - which I did Days go by no response no account access I wrote the client service desk and sent a copy of proof of transfer The half baked response I received gave me the impression no effort was put into actually reading my eMail I replied and then received an automated response in French no problem I speak French but still why from degiro fr I once again I sent a reply then received an automated response from degiro co uk once again why I replied with the request to cancel my application and delete all my personal information If they cannot even manage to support a new client being set up how can they manage my money and investments I have zero faith in this company and I advise anyone signing up with them to proceed with EXTREME caution Hey DEGIRO instead of spending time and effort responding to reviews and commentary on Trustpilot how about spending that energy on improving your customer service instead Edit response to DEGIRO reply No Your service agents responded as well I actually received another reply today from an agent who clearly did not read my eMail I am not interested in doing business with DEGIRO and instead will open an account with Interactive Brokers

Terrible customer service

Terrible service I ve transferred funds and two weeks later I am still waiting Money taken out of my bank account yet my degiro account has not received the money Customer service unreachable via either phone or email

Useless for US stocks

Useless for US stocks - Cannot trade options on individual US stocks - Unusual monthly fee around 20 just to access the US stock market Considering the pain of opening an account they should have shouted a big warning up front about these limitations

Horrible service for portfolio transfer and not international

Horrible service to transfer your portfolio to another broker Responses and actions to emails takes weeks so slow that other brokers already close the requests Transfering money out of your account takes more than a week and can only be done in the base currency not flexible in an international environment

It could have been great

This is the kind of answer you get when you want to put a trailing stop order A Market order in this product can currently only be used up to an order size of 41 For larger orders we only allow orders with specified limit price There are so many limitations that you are not aware of before hitting into them that it becomes increasingly frustrating

Generally easy to use Some data seem erroneous For example the SWX market only has day trading data accurate If extended to longer period 1w onward the data are inaccurate

I am Happy but still too improve

Brilliant Excellent for basic investing low fees easy to use Overall Best Platform I tried Less Brilliant is the GUI if you want to try to buy CDF Bonds Certificate due to of lack of Information The improvement I would suggest are 1 Better Customer Support It takes month 2 More Notice capability Remove limitation 3 Larger Products suite whit more Info Details Links also with Bonds and titles outside of Germany US CH 4 Currency looses due to mistake of DEGIRO should not be charged at customer 5 Would be nice if I could keep funds and Reference account in the main currency at degiro without negative interests up to a reasonable limit 6 Luxurious improvement would be free ETF and a tax statement for Switzerland

Excellent trading plateform

This simple but comprehensive trading platform is extremely user friendly fast and easy to use I use it very regularly via a web browser or the Andoid application and I always have the possibility to have a very quick look at the status of my investments For me it has motivated me to enjoy this activity again Moreover the fees are very competitive so they are not a brake on the investment decision
