Great Broker just one thing

I am satisfied with DEGIRO Great Broker easy to use and its customer service is good I would rate 5 stars when I am going to be able to set the Target Price at anytime not only when is getting close to that price

Great but it can improve

I really like how easy is to use DEGIRO and I think is a good place to invest your money I will not give 5 stars because it can improve examples having a chart so we can see our portfolio progress allowing us to buy fractionnal shares There are some things that I would like te see in DEGIRO in the future

Mostly great

Easy and quick to handle as well als lowest fees around Only this technical problem that occured last monday morning destroyed some precious stock profits for me and most probably other exchange speculators

After more than two years I can say that I like the clean looking and intuitive interface the easy to understand processes and of course the human fees Support has been very responsive For improvement - More options for faster funding besides Klarna - Faster funding via Bank transfer - Charts with prortfolio performance visualisation

For Swiss based investors

For Swiss based investors this is a terrific service The initial irritations such as money transfers and other delays now seem to be resolved There are only 2 aspects which I would like to see improved 1 investment tools and 2 the incredible and not understandable time as measured in many months and still not completed it takes to get positions transferred from the German Flatex platform Apart from that I m a very happy customer

Indeed a good service with low costs Only a few unabilities or connection problem within 2 years For warrants traders not many possibilities far less than UBS for example All in one a very good platform for shares in US and Europe markets

Good platform and very good prices especially in Switerland A few improvement areas to my opinion - Transferring money from your standard bank account often goes wrong and the money goes missing for 14 days and finally gets booked back to the original account- Transferring money via Sofort -- expecially on a mobile -- often does not work and need to do it on a desktop computer- A graph showing portfolio evolution long waited for

In total I m satisfied Fees are more or less the lowest in CH Nevertheless still more than any German robot advisor So there s potential to improve Same regarding saving plans - they should included asap Overall fine

Great alternative with low fees

Customer service improved a lot Quick and professional answers Also the fees are super low nothing in comparison with the high price brokers as Swissquote or Corner Trader Just really sad the company is not located in Switzerland including a Swiss Bank licence The Swiss people would go crazy for it So overall pretty happy with Degiro

Userfriendly very flexible The good thing is you to keep the Account in your currency Whenever you need the Money you can quickly make a withdrawal so it s pretty much easy liquidated
