I m quite satisfied with DeGiro so far

I m quite satisfied with DeGiro so far Trades are very cheap I have only two minor complaints First the customer service in English not that great I ve called about three times and have not found them to be particularly friendly each time One time the guy who answered the phone was rather unfriendly Second I wished they had an alternative two-step verification method to Google Authenticator E g mobile phone code would be great I had problems with Authenticator not syncing properly a number of times so I wasn t able to log in to my account
