Easy buying and selling at good price Disadvantage are the costs which are not always clear and for me unexpected Also disadvantage is there is no interest on cash Nice to have multi currency

Great platform very good service Only for 3 months now member But first impressions are very good

The user interface can be a bit hard to navigate but the prices are excellent and it has a wide range of investment products internationally

For a long term low frequency investor the user interface is simple although you should do your homework before transacting not much analysis tools

For me the best broker to use the only thing why they didnt receive a 5 star for me is the lack of american options

It is very convenient to buy and sell and it is rare I have used it for almost two years only once technical problems there is money in the account but I cannot place an order to buy stocks The data is slightly delayed about 1 minute but there is no obvious sense of delay overall The real-time price of Hong Kong-listed stocks cannot be displayed so I am afraid to buy or sell stocks listed in Hong Kong At the same time one star is deducted because it does not support Chinese Many friends who are used to using Chinese are reluctant to use it 1

it s a pretty useful broker website I have not been disappointed except for transaction costs going up after being way lower and more competitive than other brokers in the Netherlands I guess they did this to gain market share initially Down-time has been acceptable so far but there ve been hours the website and app were not accessible functioning

Needs to improve on the rather frequent software problems log in etc
