Absolutely fabulous experience purchasing my furniture from Desser I had been looking for a papasan chair for a long time and couldn t find any companies to deliver to Northern Ireland but luckily I found Desser Both Georgie and David were so prompt in sorting out my delivery I was totally shocked to be honest Seamless experience from start to finish ordered my chair on Monday and I had it by Wednesday Unbelievable Really really amazing service Two very genuine and helpful people it was a pleasure dealing with them My furniture is absolutely top quality and I am so pleased with it I even received a follow up email to ensure everything was okay Overall a kind and thoughtful company who not only have outstanding staff but also beautiful furniture

We recently purchased a Conservatory suite from Desser and Company From our initial visit to the showroom in Manchester to ordering and taking delivery of the suite the service has been exceptional We had to change delivery of the suite and we spoke to Georgie who was excellent She was so polite and helpful keeping us updated and she followed up with confirmation emails The delivery men were great providing outstanding service and were very helpful We are really pleased with quality of the furniture Highly recommended 5 star service
