Great consultative customer service at the time of choosing our reclining cinema sofa arrangement Lots to choose from so it was important to decide on the right combination These guys helps immensely and we re always on hand to give the right advice and respond immediately to queries Definitely going back to Delux Deco to buy some other great furniture on offer Delivery on time and most efficient assembly The delivery guys got in with it and gave a good demo on workings and aftercare thereafter

I was recommended to buy from delux deco by my sister who has already boughts variuos items for several properties After being a bit nervous and chatting with them many times i ordered the urban modular sofa After waiting 15 weeks i now have it and it s really NICE Really great fabric and slouchy and i love it Great service also as on chat and they always gave me updates Thanks delux deco

Bought a fabulous set of cinema seats from delux deco that arrived last week This was the best experience we have had at a sofa shop Booked an appointment prior to going as we came from Dover to Windsor and were helped throughout the 3 hours we were in store 5 stars

Fantastic modular sofa
i recently recieved my Camargue modular and it is simply fantastic Just what i wanted from a huge family sofa The sales guys couldn t have been more informative and it took around 11 weeks so within what was stated and expected Delivery was scheduled twice and second time it was all set up for me and job done with thanks The sofa makes up for everything

Wait very much worth it I had seen reviews complain over the wait-delivery time we were also trying to justify the length of time it would take However we have received the sofa and could not have made a better decision we ordered an Italian sofa and the quality is beautiful Staff-Delivery was great too assembled by the team in the end glad we waited

Excellent service great products and helpful friendly staff I drove down to windsor from birmingham as i can stand ordering remotely where sofas are concerned Although the showroom offering is not as big as i imagined the quality of product is excellent I then decided to order a monza recliner 4 seater with all recline After about 12 weeks it arrived after getting the promised updates and the delivery team set everything up perfectly Very pleased and comfortable Many thanks to delux and wouldn t hesitate to recommend

Fantastic sofa quality and service the modular sofa took about 12 weeks to be delivered and would say it was definitely worth the wait overall Although i did have trouble getting through to the company on the phone before ordering when i did they were very friendly and were able to show me the product which was luckily in their showroom at the time on FaceTime Very helpful
