My wife saw a lovely ring on there website so we made an appointment at the London branch in Hatton Garden We were taken care of by Gantug who had a selection of rings to show us but not unfortunately the ring we 1st saw happily for my wife she selected a different design of ring once it was displayed on the computer screen we both fell in love with it Gantug was very professional knowledgeable we were looked after very well I would have no hesitation in recommending his services the company if you need a special ring made 5 stars

Excellent customer service and products

Josh was excellent I visited the Birmingham branch and requested a quote on a diamond necklace and he went through the process with me noting all of my requirements He gave me multiple quotes based on different sized diamonds and followed up with an email outlining these promptly When I explained that I needed it for my wedding he ensured me it would be ready in time He replied to my emails with updates when asked When it came I was so happy with the results I love the necklace and the process was easy and straightforward I will definitely be returning to the store in future

Excellent customer service Found me a perfect diamond in short order had it transferred from another store and set for a pendant by the Jeweller all in 48 hrs Whilst they stocked some great chains they didn t have the ideal one for me so they recommended another shop for that which I think demonstrates just how customer focussed they are Price was also fair Reese in the Leeds store was excellent

As a couple we booked to visit Diamond Heaven in Glasgow last October to start designing my engagement ring I had previously visited other stores who insisted that securing a yellow diamond was impossible but Calli at the Glasgow store reassured us that she would be able to help us Calli allowed us to take complete ownership of the process and sourced a diamond for us that exceeded our expectations The process was quick and it was a pleasure to work with the Glasgow store we will be back to design our wedding rings in the future
