Thank you for making The Mayo Clinic Diet a lifelong plan by making all points of the program available for as long as I need it I appreciate the habit optimizer daily goal setting space varied recipes exercise videos monthly webinars and articles that guide me in this life change I look forward to being a role model to others that have been obese all of their lives who have always said I can t do this it s too hard or diets don t work Although the Mayo Clinic Diet is called a diet it really is a tool to guide you in your life change I will see you lighter

I like the trackers and the articles

I like the trackers and the articles that they have to support you but they give you the same set of meals every week I think there meal plan feature is misleading I would only have signed up for 1 month and not six There is no refund However the program is good and I have lost weight

It was too complicated with no human to io advise It does not consider persons with nutricional eccentries I am prone tohave got andneed to avoid sime foods such as asparagus spinich and adavado I am blind and have dificulty manuvering the varous parts of the program

Keto plan - really

I enrolled in the Keto plan and had success the first week although I was not satisfied with the food I was hungry most of the time The recipes are complicated and very few of them had good flavor The second and third week I maintained my 6 pound weight loss but didn t lose anymore I found the portions of protein and fat content to be too minimal to actually be classed as Keto My feeling is the diet may be healthy but is not very satisfying

There is too much to keep up with on line and the website is not easy to navigate The directions for parts are not clear and it I find it not worth my time to sit at the computer half the day to find an answer to my quesitons I can rarely find an answer to any quesiton and I am not goig to spend time emailing and calling Everything about this should be super easy if it is all done online I regret that I spent money doing it

Not really use most of the tools Wish I could get a refund for my yearly subscription that I signed up on New Year s Day My understanding is it is non refundable Let me know Thanks

I m pretty disappointed in this

I m pretty disappointed in this subscription I did the year paid monthly because there were such awesome reviews and I wanted to commit for myself I should have listened to my mom and done Weight Watchers I was surprised that for a medically supported diet there really wasn t any consideration of my current activity level when determining calorie intake I run or walk 30-60 minutes and do 30 minute exercise classes 6 days a week They ll say you can adjust the calorie needs manually in the app but there is no guidance as to why when how you might want to do that you have to figure that out on your own If I knew how to appropriately tailor a meal plan and calorie needs for myself I wouldn t need the help of a diet plan The app is not intuitive and is very clunky Changing out my meals for the week takes me out 30 minutes clicking in and out of individual meals on each day of the week I need to bulk prep meals because I m in school and work so I just use the same B L D menu for every day of the week This poor user experience just makes it so using the app doesn t become second nature Unfortunately I committed to at least try for a month so now I m stuck with the recurring fee for a year 5 days is a horrible trial period to see if a diet app will work for you This is great if you really need help like rebuilding your whole approach to eating and lifestyle habits but if you re already on that road and just trying to focus on your nutrition choose something else
