very disappointed the result I got told one thing in an email then told a different story next one I hope that I have nothing to do with your firm again

I was injured in a motorway service area and had to have my bicep reconnected I made a claim through Digby Brown and was asked to send them as much detail as possible which I did As I live in North Yorkshire and was still in pain I couldn t travel up to Scotland to take a photo of the accident area and this was to have a large impact on my claim I went through over three and a half years of medicals operations and other treatments for Digby Brown to say in the final days that if I had photos my claim would be a lot more solid but as I didn t I might not receive anything I did get some compensation but had photos been available it would have been substantially more Surely Digby Brown could of helped with this evidence gathering I also went through 5 solicitors within the company and only found out any progress when I contacted them I feel that for the money they charge they could have done more and feel let down

What started off as a very positive first meeting and action plan Rapidly turned into a very disappointing service I m not going to slag off The company or the solicitor who dealt with my case but I definitely did not receive a satisfactory legal service for the money I was charged Simply put I received more emails and letters looking for FEE s than I did for any other matters related to my case What really made me mad was the fact that a company that has a blatant advertising campaign that says What matters to you matters to Digby Brown We ll definitely not in my case I m still waiting to hear back from Digby Brown Glasgow about my complaints and concerns on how my case was handled Which was over 6 weeks ago by direct email to the solicitor concerned Very poor service

I was very disappointed that Digby Brown Solicitors couldn t help me with my case I was reading a review which is excellent and it was an only reason why I decided to go for that company and I was disappointed I would give 2 stars only and it is for showing some interest in a communication with me I am desperate for the help as I had a head injury after been assaulted but I didn t have no one with me and according to police it was a witness which saw me falling and injuring myself It is a case where I really required a very good solicitor which could take my case and help me to solve this Sadly Digby Brown Solicitors didn t make it which shows that I probably need to look for a really experienced solicitor in some more experienced company

It took them a year to make a simple case then when time has come to set a hearing they seemed too keen to compromise before court so they would secure their pay I regret using their services

Waited almost three years after an accident to get my money My case handler was changed multiple times and the overall service was extremely slow often left hanging on wondering what was happening I wouldn t use again

12mths to settle Thought digby brown would have provided a better service Waiting almost 12 months to conclude a simple compensation claim And right to the fifth week after accepting an offer from the 3rd party Not happy at all

I was happy with the way my case was handled I was kept in the loop and always knew what was going on felt like I was getting professional advice and that they cared about me as a person the only thing I didn t like was being without my bike for 6months feel I maybe should have been advised to hire a replacement and reclaimed the cost only have one road bike and had bought it specifically to train for my cyclo x season so this accident had a knock on effect for the winter season apart from this small point I was 100 happy with everything else D

This was an open and shut case The company had already accepted blame at the start of the claim and yet it still took months to settle Then I was lied to about it going to court yet it never actually went to court The whole experience was dragged out for months when there was no need and only settled when I had contacted your company to find out after three months of waiting for results that should have only taken five weeks If I had a choice I would not use your company nor would I recommend uour company to anyone

The reason I used Digby Brown was because of all the adverts saying how you get on average twice the payout amount This was not my case when the offer was made I was informed that this was the average rate So maybe change your advert I was not impressed and will not use this company again
