My experience of no win no fee

I was guided through every part of the procedure I was regularly updated and kept informed as to progress of my claim Staff involved were helpful polite and professional Any questions I had were answered promptly Overall a good experience resulting from a bad one

Erin has been the consummate professional throughout the entire year this case dragged on for This was entirely due by the other party s intransigence and Erin countered their nonsense each time challenging each claim until they were done She kept us informed by email and phone- always returning any message left for her We want to thank her for her strength and kindness to us during this period the first time and hopefully the last we have to deal with a claim
