Polite efficient and friendly As in most cases took ages to get resolved however it didn t help that the person who caused the accident fled the country Only criticism is that they kept contacting my work asking for more and more information after a while my bosses started getting annoyed and they told my acupuncturist that he had to come as a witness against the accused he didn t witness the accident and had already sent a letter covering the treatment he had carried out

Easy to deal with and pleasantly

Easy to deal with and pleasantly surprised at the ease of contacting my solicitor directly They were open and honest in going through the expectations of my claim and always available to answer any questions Had two claims ongoing unfortunately one of them was delayed due to their staff leaving however when highlighted it was quickly Ickes back up

Digby Brown were helpful with my experience and sorting out my claim The process took a while but mostly on the behalf of the other party They explained the process and potential costs I had tried to deal with the complaint myself with no success Using Digby Brown appeared to be the the only way to get a response

Digby Brown were assigned to me through British Cycling following a Bike V Car incident as their representation in Scotland Through no fault of Digby Brown the case has been a long and drawn out affair taking nearly 3 years to resolve Through it all Laura was professional hard working and a pleasure to deal with It made what has been a difficult period that little bit easier to get through

Digby Brown has helped me so much throughout this process as it was my first ever claim and wasn t too sure what it would be like They guided me in the right direction keeping a check on how I was doing and even dealing with other claims Dealt with me in such a better manor than my own insurance company did during the crash and couldn t be more thankful for the help and finally getting to the end of the injury claim

Would highly recommend Alot of firms promise the same things but Digby brown have a good rating for a reason and now I ve came to the end of my claim from a bad finger accident - im very pleased with the results and the service provided This was my first ever bad accident claim and I d highly recommend using Digby brown

Knocked off my bike

From start to finish DB worked diligently and with a very good level of communication keeping me informed at all stages of the process Being able to deal with with same person throughout the case was a distinct advantage At all stages I felt that DB treated me as an individual and that my best interests and welfare were put first Only criticism was having to travel at my own expense for medical assessment
