Put in a personal injury claim after serious RTC I was hit from behind at over 70mph I felt I kept having to chase them up over the 6 months from accident till settlement I queried the amount of approx 3500 but 2700 when commission taken off I was just sent a sheet saying this is industry standard for whiplash and advised to accept it It didn t take into account loss of earnings or the amount I had paid out on physio to sort my injury There was nothing about the fact I m still frightened driving into my own house daily where the accident happened It just felt all rushed and as if my case didn t really matter I ve spoken to others who have had lesser injuries and trauma but received a lot more compensation All in it wasn t the best experience

Digby Brown does not cold call never has and never will and in my experience they don t return phone calls or answer back emails either Not much more to say I got in touch with them twice and nobody has bothered in getting back A bunch of reviewers have complained about their lack of communication so it seems common practice which is unfortunate

Wasted over 6 months in an injury case where the Council were clearly at fault of not maintaining a busy pavement Case was supported by a prominent local politician who had advised the Council of the defect before my accident Digby Brown were very supportive at first and so I proceeded with them Enthusiasm tailed off rapidly and eventually they dropped the case 6 months later after the Council didn t roll over at the first attempt Don t be taken in by the heavy marketing and adverts

Less than impressed with the communication from the lawyer We had an almost identical claim a few years ago but ended up with a few hundred pounds less Never again I would recommend going with a company where you keep the full amount Very disappointedRe reply from Digby brownNo point in discussing as you are siurprised I was less than impressed with communications and you feel this was a good outcome despite the previous almost IDENTICAL I cident being handled so much bettereith a better outcome I stand by my recommendation for others to go to places where they keep 100 of the claim I will never us Digby Brown again especially after your reply

Hopeless 17 months into my claim no further forward from day one they insist on chasing an insurance company for a company I never worked for I have had to go to Thomsons solicitors to get my claim moving I would have given zero stars but no option for this Update client relations hasn t been in contact for 7 weeks now Despite me emailing him on several occasions Update After client relations getting in contact with me after 7 weeks of posting my review There solution is to appoint another solicitor to represent me this will be the third Digby brown solicitor absolute joke of a law firm please go somewhere else Don t waste your time with them

Phoned up after falling over while out delivering at work had phone calls back and forth then to only get told they can t help me as they didn t think they could win the case absolute ridiculous as someone has already fallen over the same place as I did there are no signs to warn you off the step so how cant they win this Absolute useless won t advise anyone to go through them again Feel seriously let down

I had to consent chase them up felt as if they weren t interested all they wanted was the 20 fee Wouldn t recommend them and didn t get what I was looking for

please do ive noticed yove deleted all the emails back to your private server ive made a short video on my phone to show my laptop screen luckly i copied them on my printer also you gave me 140 back for my expences hoping id disapear im begging you to sue me remember nonsence in joke please go for it

ofcourse thats what im saying i know you are a large company in the civil law dept i tried to get two good lawyers to take this on 70-80 miles away and they couldnt take my case due to conflict of interest made me realise all you top civil lawyers went to the say conferences as you all climbed the ladders at the same time i have all my evidence and don t want to respond any further till it reaches the SLCC and media outlets get in on the same day so all the people who bought in your slogan can see the evidence Sorry trust pilot if ive broken any integrity however it is telling they just put that response up after i emailed them both i would like to finish their are good kind solicitor ones who work their if going looking for a compastionate solicitor you very may find one unfortunatly they dont get rid off the bad ones as they say they circle the stagecoaches around this bad one absoulutly no offence to all the hard working people at didgybrown who stay within ethics

Hello I do not recommend this company I had an accident at work and having photos and a camera recording they did not take on my case due to lack of evidence
