A massive thank you to Lianda and her Team for working tirelessly on my behalf after a disastrous visit to a hairdresser in 2022 I initially contacted Digby Brown after a recommendation from our family solicitor I was left with bald patches burns on my scalp and as days went on more irreversible hair loss Digby Brown arranged specialist appointments with the top consultants in the UK for me I had to wear a permanent wig for almost 2 years and to say I was devastated was an understatement It has taken 2 years and 3 months to get a resolution and the offer presented to the court was fair and brought a welcome end to the nightmare Yes it takes time but a thorough robust job from my legal team was first class I cannot thank you all enough and was blessed to have the best people around me

Very patient and very understanding especially helpful with me as I struggled to get photo id but the staff were very helpful also received a much larger settlement much quicker than expected

Hassle free process

Following a car accident I contacted Digby Brown based on advice from the third party s insurance company My case was handled by Louis Wong who was absolutely on it at every point For myself it was very little work Louis handled everything for me with frequent updates and great advice The commission from the final settlement seemed fair to me considering the amount of work done on my behalf Hopefully I won t need to but I wouldn t hesitate to use them again
