Had a small glitch after several weeks of happy use Turns out the usb lead is one directional so needs to be plugged in the right way round Quick email to support and all sorted with a quick response Great customer service

Best Add on for my car

I saw this product advertised on Instagram and at first was sceptical if it would work exactly how it said I took the chance and a few days later it arrived Within a few minutes I plugged it in connected it to my hotspot and was away Worked better than I thought As it basically is an Android box I added a few IPTV apps and now can watch my TV programmes live on the move Great to stream movies series and TV programmes when your out and about And I ll never miss a football game again Would recommend this product to anyone

Great Product and Support

Hi I just like to pen down my experience with the product and the Digidash support I gotten this Digidash device 2 weeks ago and first time connecting to my car it doesn t work I had bluetooth hotspot and even inserted a data sim card into it and tried it so many different ways and also on my other car too It just simply doesn t work The connection is on and the video is laggy There wasn t any audio at all To the point I had contacted the support that I wanted to return the device John the support team whom handled my case was very friendly and he asked me to give it a last try by doing the factory reset I gave it a go and after the reset everything works like magic I was so happy about the product and it just gave me extra entertainment especially when I have long waiting time for my charging car

Well worth the money

Great little piece of kit and have been able to take it from my Karoq 2020 to Karoq 2023 with different entertainment system and connections without issue Support has always been fantastic from the guys and have not had any issues with it at all thanks

Bought this back in April

Bought this back in April Had issue with deliver not their fault issue was resolved Unit is great After a few weeks using I don t know how I survived car journeys without it The unit did have a fault last week however after a couple of emails Item was returned examined and replacement sent out 2 days later Can t recommend enough

My wife ordered the product for Father s day and the product has arrived faulty The power seems to go off after a short period of time Both myself and my wife have tried to contact the company via Facebook Instagram Email and the form on the website and haven t heard anything back Getting worried now as the product wasn t cheap that we are never going to see this money again Can someone please get back to us Company has now responded Thankyou

Excellent gadget

Excellent service the delivery was quick and easy Using the digi dash box is very simple and quick to set up too and having YouTube and Netflix in the car is a great addition for time spent travelling or waiting around in the car It s a perfect little add on for everyone s car
